This is my virtual space for fiber. Besides me in my house, there are 4 fishes, 1 cat, 4 kids, 1 man and limited space for fiber. So the virtual one comes in handy.

FO no. 10, 2005, Temptation

One big brown bulky knit is done! A fun, quick and very rewarding knit - such a great and shapey design:

(It IS really sunny today -after days with extreme rainstorm!)
I am indeed very pleased with how it turned out - and I love the details - the buttons - the little KH-tag - the edgings..and the extremely soft wool!

details:
yarn: Rowan's Big Wool, shade 023 "Camouflage"
needles: 10 mm (for the sleeve-ribbing and the waist) and 12 mm, circular
pattern source: This kit!
and the designer: Thank you,

- for making such great designs!

I'm ready to go!:

Woohoo - into the sun! - for as long as it lasts...

Kim Hargreaves is THE BEST! your Temptation came out gorgeous! Though I do wish that she sold her patterns seperate from the kits.

Fabulous Karen...just fabulous. I got the same kit (same color also) in last week. I can't wait to start it!! What a pretty jacket! What size did you make? ;-)

It's gorgeous! When I see yours knit up, I just can't wait to start mine. Bought the needles yesterday and all set to go.

Wow ! That's really nice. Nicest thing I've ever seen knitted in Big Wool. Looks fab on you.

I love it! It looks so soft and squishy and snuggly. All those good s-words. And you're right, the detailing is really what makes it special.

Aargh! I can't see the pictures!! Just little red x'es. Very disappointed :-(

That's gorgeous. Looks great on you, too!
